Nepotism a Harsh Reality¿

The process of favoring relatives and friends specially by granting them jobs is term nepotism.

Service sector is one of the most important source for hardworking individuals. Now in these days less developed countries facing the problem of favouritism because recruiters selects closed relatives and friends.

Favouritism give benefits to undeserving candidates and damage the goals of studious personalities. If a person take a wrong way for its job than the future of this employement is dark because the person didn’t know the procedure of employement and they will ruin the life of his subordinates. 

It is not wrong if we say it a type of crime. In every field of life you meat with surprising situations which you cant imagine because a job is the fruit of students educational hard work and if this oppurtinity is given to undeserving one than it disheart the deserving one. We know that most of the world population is striving hard for employement and they choose the best one, but the main hurdle between their aim is nepotism. 

The people who left from jobs they become more addicted to drugs and become the part of dangerous evils of life. Every country play a key role on removing evils of nepotism. This culture is gradually decreases due to good education system and youth awareness. 

If educational system is more amended by some advanced methodology and youth is aware about education than literacy rate will increased and nepotism rate will down. 

If constitutional rules are applied in implementation fairly than every citizen will gain equal opportunities to express their ideas and get their desired job. Government should make great policies for avoiding these evils and prepare for next level development.
