Honesty means sincerity; a leader should be honest to his duty. It is the first supreme quality of good leader who work with integrity and get a side his all fears.

Confidence.

Confidence is the feeling of great leader who has a firm trust on his own capability, and once a leader should face resistance, setbacks he or she must not give up. This is the characteristic of principled leadership.

Leadership who compete other have good communication skills which effectively convey his/her message to public.
